Europeans will receive another Xbox 360 price cut, a move that comes after price reductions to Microsoft’s Xbox 360 console in the U.S. and Japan.
The cuts follow those made to Arcade and Pro models in Europe earlier this year.
The price reductions, set to take effect Friday, September 19, will lower the Arcade model to about $250 (£129.99 or €179) from the previous $280. The 60GB Pro will drop to $337, and the 120GB Elite will fall to $420.
The Nintendo Wii currently sells for about $350.
Microsoft hopes its newly acquired crown for cheapest console will help it boost sales in all regions.
